Recombinant antigen VP1 for Coxsackievirus B1

Coxsackievirus B1

VP1 contains serotype specific neutralization sites and hence it is a key genotyping determinant. The structural polyprotein of the virus contains the proteins VP1 to VP4. VP1, VP2 and VP3 are the most immunogenic proteins.
