Recombinant antigen p30 (SAG1) for Toxoplasma gondii

Toxoplasma gondii

Major surface antigen p30 (SAG1) induces significant levels of p30 antibodies in all patients with toxoplasmosis. Purified p30 has been tested for its potential to induce protective immunity in mice and for serodiagnosis of Toxoplasma infection.
