Recombinant antigen CFP10 for Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Koch's bacillus)

Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Koch's bacillus)

CFP10, the 10 kDa culture filtrate protein, is codified by the esxB gene. This protein determines the bacteria virulence and it is not present in non tuberculous mycobacteria (NTMs). This antigen has been used in TB diagnosis in many diagnostic platforms.

Recombinant antigen for the diagnosis of Tuberculosis (TB) caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Koch's bacillus), a human and animal infectious disease (mainly cattle).
