Recombinant antigen FRA for Trypanosoma cruzi

Trypanosoma cruzi

FRA is the Trypanosoma cruzi cytoskeleton assocociated protein. It is built up of repeats of 68 amino acids that are very much conserved between strains and isolates of Trypanosoma cruz. This antigen is useful for detection of chronic infection.

Recombinant antigen for the diagnosis of Chagas caused by Trypanosoma cruzi, a human and animal infectious disease (mainly dogs).
