Recombinant antigen Tpp47 for Treponema pallidum

Treponema pallidum

Tpp47 is one of the major antigenic components of the bacterium Treponema pallidum. It triggers an early humoral response three to six days after infection. The Tpp47 antigen has been reported as a potential market for active syphilis disease, as anti-Tpp47 IgM have been detected in patients with congenital syphilis.

Recombinant antigen for the diagnosis of Syphilis caused by Treponema pallidum, a human infectious disease.
