Recombinant antigen VP1 for Coxsackievirus B1

Coxsackievirus B1

VP1 contains serotype specific neutralization sites and hence it is a key genotyping determinant. The structural polyprotein of the virus contains the proteins VP1 to VP4. VP1, VP2 and VP3 are the most immunogenic proteins.

Recombinant antigen for the diagnosis of Coxsackievirus B1 infection, a human infectious disease.
